I finally started a podcast

It's been a very long time since I first wanted to start a podcast. Last year, I even figured out what I wanted it to be about. My first idea was to talk about movies, so I initially called it Popcorn English. I even designed a pretty cover for it—I literally spent a few days perfecting it... and you know what happened? I never hit record. Not even once.

This time, I told myself things would be different. I made a rule: I wasn’t allowed to design a cover until I had at least one episode recorded. And you know what happened? I couldn’t resist the temptation and started designing the cover first. Yeah, so much for strong will, right?

But this time really was different—because I actually started brainstorming ideas and trying to put it all together. Not long after that, I sat down and recorded my very first episode. It ended up getting deleted, by the way, but at least I knew that once I pushed myself to record it once, it would be much easier to do it again.
