When Bored - Make Banana Bread

Actually, I should've said When You're Bored And Have Ripe Bananas At Home - Make Banana Bread. I made it yesterday evening, and today it's become my breakfast. And it was so good!
What you need
- 3 ripe bananas
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 80g tasteless oil (I used grape oil)
- 60-100g sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
What you need to do
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
- Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add the eggs, oil, and sugar to the mashed bananas and mix well using a fork.
- Add the flour, cinnamon, gingerbread spice, baking powder, and baking soda to the same bowl. Mix until fully combined.
- Line the bottom of a baking dish (mine is 12 x 30 cm) with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 1 hour, checking with a skewer after 50 minutes — if it comes out clean, it’s done. Enjoy!
I had mine with blueberry sauce (just simmer a handful of fresh blueberries with a splash of water for a few minutes) and a salted caramel peanut butter I recently bought. No surprise — it was insanely good.
